Hi there!
I'm Brooke. I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and still reside here in this lovely city. I graduated from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) a few years ago and still love to go back for football games, reunions with college friends and graduation sessions! I have always had an artistic flair and discovered my specific passion for photography back in high school. I've been snapping photos and striving to grow in this craft ever since!
I deeply delight in capturing the beauty that is all around us, whether that is people, nature, wildlife, and more. I wholeheartedly believe in a beautiful God who has made beautiful things, and I worship Him as the Ultimate Artist who has created every sensational sight we have the pleasure of laying our eyes on. Every mesmerizing sunset, every awe-inspiring mountain landscape, every uniquely magnificent animal, every individual who has their own special light to shine, story to tell, and purpose to live out... I believe all these gifts come from the good and gracious hand of our Lord in order to reveal His artistry, love, glory and majesty to us.
Therefore, I am grateful, humbled and honored to be able to highlight and celebrate these precious moments in time and blessings in life with my camera. I would be overjoyed to come alongside you and rejoice in your blessings with you by taking photos of you and your loved ones that you will hold dear for years on end!

Golden light, starry night skies, all the different varieties of plants and animals, snow-capped mountain peaks... these are some of my favorite gifts from God that leave me breathless and in wonderment. Praise Him for creating all the stunning sights we see, amazing people we meet, and exciting opportunities we receive! The Lord has been so kind to me in countless ways my entire life, and He has truly been my Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, especially in regards to photography. I thank Him for every opportunity He sends and every photo He allows me to take.
All I have is owed to Him!
My Parents
My parents instilled a passion in me for the outdoors from a very young age. Ever since I was a little girl, they have been taking me on adventures and giving me so many joyful memories in the mountains. The outdoors is such a magical, happy place to me because of them. So many of the nature photos I've taken have come from trips they've given our family, and I would not have nearly the amount of landscape and wildlife photos I've taken if it wasn't for our incredible vacations out West that they provided. I am beyond grateful for them.
Furthermore, my dad had an affinity for photography when he was younger, so I believe my own passion came from him. He's the one who bought our family DSLR camera that served as my camera in my earlier years of photography. My parents also gave me several of my invaluable lenses as Christmas presents growing up. Needless to say, I can't thank them enough for how outstanding they have been as parents to me and how they have loved and cared for me so well my whole life.

My Grandparents
My Memommy and Dedaddy are two of my favorite people on this whole earth. I am their only granddaughter, so they have showered me with love and affection ever since I was born.
When the time came for me to invest in a newer, more professional camera after many years of shooting with the family DSLR, I seriously deliberated how I was going to pay for it.
After a lot of thought and prayer, I decided to use a lot of the money they had so graciously saved up for me as a gift in order to pay for the camera I still use today. I told myself if I used that money to invest in photography, that I would always dedicate all my photos to them in honor and gratitude.
So, I lovingly dedicate all of my photography and everything good that has come from it to Gilbert and Louise Burt, my precious grandparents, whom I love so dearly.
